Mountain Heart is seeking a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist to work at in our 8 bed Sleep Center in Flagstaff, Arizona. The Technologist must provide exceptional customer service to patients, be able to multi-task, be organized, flexible and be a team player. Applicant MUST have EMR experience.
Education & Experience: REQUIRED. High School Diploma or Equivalency is required. Prefer medical background such as MA or LPN. Successful completion of an accredited educational program leading to an associate degree with an emphasis in polysomnography.
Successful completion of a polysomnography program of no less than one year duration associated with a state licensed and/or a nationally accredited educational facility or equivalent experience and documented proficiency at all competencies required of a Polysomnographic Technologist.
Certification by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist or equivalent.

Mountain Heart Sleep Lab is looking for a responsible, dedicated and motivated individual to join our Sleep Tech Trainee program.
The program would train the individual to become Registered Polysomnographic Technician RPSGT.
Shifts are 3 consecutive 12 hour nights per week from 7:00pm-7:00am
Trainees will be taught to utilize clinical protocols and critical thinking to monitor and analyze diagnostic sleep studies (PSG, MSLT, MWT) and titrate-positive airway pressure (PAP) therapy in in-lab setting.
This 18- month program prepares the individual to monitor and treat a variety of sleep related breathing disorders through on the job training and internet based course evaluations.
Mountain Heart is seeking a Medical Assistant to work at our clinic in Flagstaff, Arizona.
Medical Assistants are responsible for performing routine administrative and clinical tasks to keep the offices and clinics of physicians and other healthcare practitioners running smoothly.
Performing chart prep, rooming scheduled patients, taking vitals, preparing and updating patient medical history, and verifying patient medication lists.

Our large Cardiology and Sleep Facility is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to work at in our clinic in Flagstaff, Arizona. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned). Examines patient, performs comprehensive physical examination, and compiles patient medical data, including health history and results of physical examination. Administers or orders diagnostic tests, such as x-ray, electrocardiogram, and laboratory tests, and interprets test results for deviations from normal. Develops and implements patient management plans, records progress notes, and assists in provision of continuity of care. Must provide exceptional customer service to patients, be able to multi-task, be organized, flexible and be a team player. Applicant MUST have EMR experience with and dictation programs.
Mountain Heart Medical Practice in Cottonwood is looking for a responsible, respectful full-time receptionist to answer phones, schedule appointments and check-in patients.
Medical experience preferred, but will train the right person. Compensation based on experience.
Mountain Heart Medical Practice and Sleep Facility is seeking a full-time, board certified sleep physician for our new location in Cottonwood, Arizona.
